About Me

I spent many years in the NHS in a variety of managerial positions supporting clinical services.  I have extensive experience in training, personal development and change management and always been interested in “what makes people tick” and helping people achieve their potential.

I experienced hypnotherapy a number of years ago when suffering from severe hayfever and asthma attacks – hypnotherapy made a tremendous difference to the quality of my life and started a long interest in the subject.

I trained as a hypnotherapist in Sheffield in 2010 and gained an Advanced Diploma in Hypnotherapy in 2012.

I’m a registered professional member of the General Hypnotherapy Register.
My qualifications are :  A DipH Dip H, Cert HPD, Dip NLP, Cert DE,  BA hons.  I am fully insured.

When I’m not working I can usually be found in the countryside with my 2 rescue dogs and my camera!
