I spent many years in the NHS in a variety of managerial positions supporting clinical services. I have extensive experience in training, personal development and change management and always been interested in “what makes people tick” and helping people achieve their potential.
I experienced hypnotherapy a number of years ago when suffering from severe hayfever and asthma attacks – hypnotherapy made a tremendous difference to the quality of my life and started a long interest in the subject.
I trained as a hypnotherapist in Sheffield in 2010 and gained an Advanced Diploma in Hypnotherapy in 2012.
I’m a registered professional member of the General Hypnotherapy Register.
My qualifications are : A DipH Dip H, Cert HPD, Dip NLP, Cert DE, BA hons. I am fully insured.
When I’m not working I can usually be found in the countryside with my 2 rescue dogs and my camera!
